About Us
Established in 2012, Asian Acre Advisors Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Asian Acre Advisors”) is a Singapore incorporated regional real estate asset management and services advisory firm. The team of professionals in Asian Acre Advisors operate full time from Yangon, Myanmar. Asian Acre Advisors is part of Vogue Capital Group based in Singapore.
To offer a more captive service and enable us to stay closer to the ground, and to our partners in Myanmar, we established our Myanmar subsidiary, Asian Acre Advisors Myanmar Limited, under the Myanmar Companies Act, in 2013.
Asian Acre Advisors has advised and value added to numerous prestigious international and Myanmar partners. We have worked on some US$5 billion worth of office space, residences, retail centres, hotel projects, industrial parks and development land in Myanmar. We have grown from advising some 1.6 million square feet of development area in 2012 to more than 100 million square feet in 2014 due to burgeoning growth in the Myanmar market.
